Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Ethereal BnB's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Booking and Reservations

Booking Process

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized channels
• A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or authorized deposit
• You will receive a booking confirmation via email

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
• Prices are quoted in USD and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal
• Additional charges (damages, extra services) will be billed separately

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed information about cancellations and refunds. Key points include:

• Free cancellation: Up to 48 hours before check-in for full refund
• Moderate cancellation: 24-48 hours before check-in for 50% refund
• Non-refundable: Less than 24 hours before check-in
• No-shows: No refund will be provided

Guest Responsibilities

House Rules

Guests must comply with all house rules specified for each property. Please review our House Rules page. Violations may result in:

• Immediate termination of stay without refund
• Additional charges for damages or violations
• Reporting to local authorities if necessary

Property Care

• Treat the property with respect as if it were your own
• Report any damages or issues immediately
• You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay
• Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM (unless otherwise arranged)
• Check-out: 11:00 AM (unless otherwise arranged)
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional fees
• Valid government-issued ID is required at check-in
• The booking guest must be present at check-in

Guest Capacity and Age Requirements

• The number of guests must not exceed the property's stated maximum capacity
• All guests must be registered at the time of booking
• Primary booker must be at least 18 years of age
• Additional guests beyond the stated capacity are not permitted
• Unauthorized guests may result in immediate eviction

Liability and Insurance

Our Liability

• We strive to provide accurate property descriptions and photographs
• Minor variations from descriptions do not constitute grounds for refund
• We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• We are not responsible for service disruptions beyond our control (utilities, internet, etc.)

Guest Liability

• Guests are liable for any damage to the property during their stay
• Security deposits may be charged to cover potential damages
• We recommend guests obtain travel insurance

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms)
• Pandemics or government restrictions
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Utility failures or infrastructure damage

In such cases, we will work with guests to find suitable alternatives or provide refunds where appropriate.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Intellectual Property

• All content on our website is protected by copyright and trademark laws
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
• Property photographs are for reference only and may not be used commercially

Disputes and Resolution

Complaints

• Any issues should be reported immediately during your stay
• We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly
• Complaints made after departure may not be eligible for compensation

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the property is located
• Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration where possible
• Legal action must be filed in the appropriate jurisdiction

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, and House Rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ethereal BnB.
