Free Cancellation Period

• 48 Hours or More Before Check-in: Full refund of all charges
• 24-48 Hours Before Check-in: 50% refund of accommodation charges
• Less than 24 Hours Before Check-in: No refund

Non-Refundable Bookings

Some promotional rates and special offers are non-refundable. These bookings will be clearly marked as "Non-Refundable" during the booking process. Please review carefully before confirming your reservation.

How to Cancel Your Booking

2. Go to "My Bookings" section
3. Select the reservation you wish to cancel
4. Click on "Cancel Booking" button
5. Confirm your cancellation request
6. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note:

• Credit card refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear on your statement
• Bank transfer refunds may take 3-5 business days
• Processing fees are non-refundable

Modification Policy

You may modify your booking dates subject to availability and the following conditions:

• Modifications made 7+ days before check-in: No fee
• Modifications made 3-7 days before check-in: $25 modification fee
• Modifications made less than 3 days before check-in: $50 modification fee

Special Circumstances

Weather-Related Cancellations

In case of severe weather warnings or natural disasters, we may waive cancellation fees. Documentation may be required.

Medical Emergencies

Medical emergencies may qualify for fee waivers with proper documentation (doctor's note, hospital admission records, etc.).

No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date and do not cancel your reservation, you will be charged the full amount for your entire stay, and no refund will be issued.
